  3. Representation and Financial Protection: Abstain from conveying to consumers that their arrangements are safeguarded by any form of financial protection for advance payments and repatriation.

  4. Cancellation and Amendment Policy: Implement the cancellation and amendment policy delineated in our booking conditions, as well as those specified by the hotel and transfer partner, in response to any cancellation or amendment requests made by arrangement buyers.

  5. Legal Compliance: Adhere to all pertinent laws, regulations, and data protection legislation that may impact your activities as our authorized agent.
